Personal Data, Lawfulness of its Collection and Processing

Puraxis Pharma only collects and processes personal data within the scope of a contractual relationship established with its holders.

The personal data collected by this company is limited to name, telephone contact and email.

Due to its commercial activity, Puraxis Pharma will have knowledge of other personal data, which will also be subject to protection under the aforementioned regulation.

Purpose

The personal data collected is that which is adequate and limited to its purpose, used only in the fulfillment of the existing contractual and pre-contractual relationship (budgeting and service provision) and in compliance with legally imposed obligations.
